Battlefield HS SAT Prep Class

Welcome to the Tri-Ed Tutoring SAT Class! This class is best suited for juniors or seniors that plan to take the December test. Class will meet on the days listed below; the proctored tests are listed in bold:

• Monday 8/10 Proctored Test #1 (1:00 - 5:00) - room 1109
• Wednesday 8/12 Class 1 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Monday 8/17 Class 2 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Wednesday 8/19 Class 3 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Wednesday 8/26 Class 4 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Wednesday 9/2 Class 5 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Wednesday 9/9 Class 6 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Tuesday 9/15 Proctored Test #2 (5:30 - 9:00) - room 1109
• Wednesday 9/23 Class 7 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108
• Wednesday 9/30 Class 8 (5:30-7:30) - rooms 1102, 1107, 1108

Students will finish the class with:

• An understanding of the set up of the SAT
• Knowledge of scoring--when to guess vs omit
• Techniques for the math, reading, and writing
• Improved scores
• Confidence for test day.

**Note: The proctored diagnostic tests will be given on the bold dates listed above. Students must be available to take these tests. Additional information to follow**

**IMPORTANT: This class prepares students for the December SAT tests. Any students planning to take the redesigned SAT in March 2016 or later should NOT register for this class.
